Training Need

It is imperative that Employers and Heads of Departments of the Organisations be informed about the Basic Principles of Labour Relations as they have been developed through legislation, case law and daily practice, with the main objective of achieving a smooth and successful cooperation between employer and employee, which will bring about growth and productivity through a healthy working environment.

  2. Identify how the provisions of the main legislation affect their business

  3. To be able to list the obligations and protection practices of the company according to the legislation

  3. To explain the provisions of the legislation correctly to the employer and the staff of the enterprise

  1. Cooperate effectively for the timely adoption of legal measures arising from labour legislation

Employees, Owners, Managers and Deputy Managers of companies/organisations, Officers and Business Managers for labour issues in their companies and Accounting Managers.

Training Methods

The Programme is conducted in the form of a lecture and at the same time dialogue and discussion are encouraged. During the seminar, workshops and exercises are carried out for a better understanding of the theoretical part of the programme, examples are given and role-playing takes place. Modern audio-visual aids such as Multimedia Projector, Projection Screen, Computer, Blackboard, Markers, Graphics and Worksheets are also used for better education and training of the participants. Each trainee is also given/sent notes in electronic format on the seminar topics.

Data Retention & Evaluation System 
 

The electronic attendance register used by the ANAD will be maintained and the instructor will be responsible for keeping it.

At the end of the programme, the trainees will be given an evaluation form of the programme and the trainer(s), showing the degree of implementation of the programme and the needs met.

Trainer Description
Elena Kousiou

Elena Kousiou holds a Bachelor of Laws, a Master in Medical Law & Ethics & a Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) in Arbitration. She has been practicing in the field of Criminal & Medical Law, Arbitration, Mediation and Professional Negligence since 2011. She is also the Head of the Compliance Department of Koushos Korfiotis Papacharalambous LLC.

She is a Certified Professional Training Instructor - Level 5 by the ANAD from 2021.
